STANDBY DESCRIPTION CHANGE
- Effective 4/14/18, HV-CT Field Service will be eliminating standby in the entire region. OSP will resume the responsibility on 4/14/18. OSP will respond to all critical work after normal business hours.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Standby will be dispatched to the OSP department after normal business hours in all depots.
Standby for purposes of this is work coming in after will start at 8pm and end at 7:30am daily with the exception of holidays (Holidays will be considered all-day coverage)
Prior to deploying the standby tech: Dispatch/ROC and the OSP standby supervisor will validate that the job meets a critical criteria such as: C-Level escalation / Down line creating a safety hazard / Commercial account with all services out
OSP will work with contractors as needed during contractor work hours normally until 9 PM when there is an influx of work to ensure SLA’s and customer commitments are met.
The ATS management team will closely monitor the transition and make any necessary changes to improve the process.
