Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Postings on Glassdoor,etc

I have noticed that all of a sudden, 1-2 star reviews on Glassdoor are being overshadowed by a big effort to add in 4-5 star reviews. It seems that rather than fixing the issues plaguing DXC, they would rather fake it till they make it... into bankruptcy

We’ll know the rumblings are real when the stock drops to about half where it is now, which is where it should be.

There are rumblings amongst some of the key investors and talk in the boardroom corridors. There are a couple of investor funds in particular that are starting to question why they have not seen a single quarter of genuine business growth (on a USGAAP basis) during all the time that Lawrie has been at the helm.

@6mwh

What makes you say that? I mean - I have no doubt what you said about ML is true but do the investors know? Was there something on the news?

I noticed the shares went down by 3$ in last few days but is this finally it?

Lawrie is getting desperate as folks who have invested in DXC start to figure out he is a failure! He can only slash and burn. No real growth is happening and Lawrie is only able to cut deeper. He has no ability to grow a business. He is a busted flush. Mr cuts can't grow a business he can only destroy two at the same time!

I wouldn't trust Glassdoor reviews anyway. So many of them come from Asia and other developing ocations where people have yet to understand that posting, "Yay Mikey" type nonsense on message boards (internal or external) everytime the CEO comes up with an announcement or piece of pointless homespun wisdom does not get them noticed, paid more, promoted or treated better.

DXC truly is a bottom-of-the-barrel company. There are so many better choices out there in terms of morale, compensation, benefits, and job security.

There is an internal initiative to get MarComms teams to post positive reviews to try to counteract the effect of all the bad reviews from genuine posters.

Yeah, I noticed that too. Who would say ‘nothing wring, all is great’ about dxc?! Highly doubt those are genuine.

I noticed this too. I think it is mostly from naive offshore noobs with no idea as to what's going on. And fake shills as you say.

You have to be either lying or complete insane to give this company more than 1 star
