Thread regarding DXC Technology layoffs

Women and WFR in DXC

Ladies, if you have got a WFR, dont forget to file a s-xual harassment complaint immediately at the nearest police station.

The complaint should clearly mention that the manager requested you for s-xual favours in exchange for career growth.

Most of the teams

The woman said the official showed her p--n clips, nude pictures, and made physical advances.

The last time this happened with Phaneesh Murthy where an out-of-court settlement was reached, with the woman being paid $3 million.

if your grey area down there is very professional just tell how much you charge for a night, nobody is asking anything for free, we are professionals in our field of work too

@Rok7nnX-1kmr

it is a criminal thing to lie about those things. and I agree with @Rok7nnX-voz.

Even if you get a WFR - it is not the end of the world and should never be an excuse to blame someone in such a way. THERE IS NO EXCUSE FOR FALSE ACCUSATIONS

it is disrespectful to real victims of harassement - who are not always believed and taken seriously. Which makes it difficult for them to seek help

@Rok7nnX-voz : seems like a revenge methodology. If the company hurts you, why not hurt back.

I already know an eye for and eye makes the world blind, but there is no other solution in sight.

In this case I tend to agree to hurt the offenders (management) by whatever means possible. It is not a s-xual thing but there is no other genuine way to prevent atrocities from being perpetuated.

Yes, go ahead and file complaints, till the eyes of the management are wide open.

ha - now I understand your message and I completely agree with you.

Filing a complaint for s-xual harassement while it did not take place is really the lowest you can do!

I am not sure if you are talking to me? If I have not been harassed within the company that does not mean I haven't been harassed outside. I believe all women have ever experienced s-xual intimidation.

I even find the comment on my reply rather women unfriendly: like we love to be s-xually harassed?

But I also do not like the men who thinks women only can only make a carreer by s-xual favours. I know a lot of very capable women in our company - more even... most of them are very capable as long as they do not take over the "macho" management style.

If you haven’t been harrassed and you do this you are a liar and what’s more: you are adding to the unjust accusations which make it so difficult for the true victims when they finaly ask for justice.

Why would you go ruining the life of someone who didn’t hurt you (in such a way)?

Also - only women? So men never experience s-xual harrassment?

Just act with integrity ffs. At least someone in this company should.

I am already more the 23 years at work in HPE/DXC and I never encountered any s-xual harassment or any kind of insinuations of any kind of management.

I will only confirm that it is a lot more difficult to make a good carreer being a woman. You get easily the mark of being the best in the team, but will never get the promotion neither salary that reflects it.

The management keeps raises and promotions for men - as they are more afraid of them. Women are being calmed down with the statement " we are not able to give you any promotion yet...as we are not doing well in the company... you understand?"...

no we do not understand how some others (male colleagues) managed to get their promotion in the same company.
