Your values become your destiny. The culture is way out of whack. Leave this very very bad company. They are not what you really are as the person you want to become. The future so bright out there. My work is replaced with 1.5 hours of exercise daily,. I listen to music all morning. Invest in the afternoon and chill with glasses of wine in the evening.

Nah, hardly get 20 hours of real work per week, I'll wait for March blood bath to see if I get my WFR, if not I'll propose myself for it while looking for a new workplace

Think about what you said Post ID: @RmzcFZ5-1awv. You must be one of the few, the proud a DXC employee. The poor saps that were WFR'd didn't really have a choice chump. They have families to feed and bills to pay. hmmmm So quit passing judgment. Confucious say: Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life. It does not matter how slowly you go so long as you do not stop. I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand. Eddie Arnold would also say "Make the World go away". DXC has lost there best employees already the only remaining employees are those arrogant bozo's who think they were better than the 1st class employees they have been letting go. There arrogance is turning this company toward the end of the business cycle. The good ole boy/girl network lives on. Most who left are content with life and succeeded elsewhere.
DXC is going to lose most of their best employees in this economy combined with the corporate tax cut unless there’s a huge culture change starting at the top.
Very well said Frogman. DXC employees have a piece of there brain missing like those of the democratic party hahahahahaha. They need to chill and enjoy the good things in life and not stress out over the screwed up direction DXC is going and the lack of a backbone in management.
I workout 1.5 hours daily and listen to music all day while reading different IT stuff here and there, DXC is paying me to do that, no work at all is coming, so sad.
I was going to say the same thing, 1.5 hours of exercise if its done at lunch and breaks maybe. But sounds like your not too busy.
Me I am either working 60 - 65 hours a week or a bit less than 40. Normally the high side with a few breaks in-between. Hope it gets back to 40 - 45 consistently, cause that's all I am being paid for
I hope you are not with DXC any more..just a waste of a headcount otherwise!
