Do folks feel rejuvenated and excited after VCIP and “no ECO action” announcement or will we see a mass exodus after pay day? While the extra money is great and keeping colleagues employed is nice.... I can’t help but feel disappointed that the ELT has basically said “we are ok with having a bloated inefficient company because we seem to be making a little money despite ourselves.” The higher oil price allows us to continue to keep our heads buried in the sand, especially with respect to the L48 organization structure and culture.

@1del man please tell me this is true. Young blood in Midland need some Houston life. There is tremendous shortage of women in Midland.
ECO moved back a little but still coming. Midland/Odessa and Bartlesville will have many functions moved to Houston.
