And I busted my a$$ for my 2 masters degrees yet I was RIFd. Yet even when employed I never once complained about being considered hourly! I am so sick of hearing about your degrees. Doesn't make you special! The rest of are degreed too!

You people need to stop these stupid rumors. The PHCs and CHEs are hourly and all received severance. You will survive being hourly. The world is not coming to an end. Its not the start of a zombie apocalypse. The entire company does not revolve around HAH nurses. End of story. Can we drop the talk about hourly now?
Hourly is not going to affect RIF at all. You will get paid for 40 hours, same as now. PHCs are all hourly. They are getting severance.
