From cutting our mileage to not paying our first and last drive to putting gps systems on us to taking away our LTIH4 to now taking away our salary so we can’t make our 40 hours !!! Anyone know any good lawyers I think we all need to come together this has gone beyond INSANE!!!!!!

Wow getting a little nasty on here. OP was upset and wanted support not ridicule...and yes i feel the same way too.i don't trust Humana anymore but it is difficult to find a job that pays decent and has WAH flexibility..i wonder if upset management is the one responding so meanly
This board cracks me up. Humana isn't forcing ANYONE too stay. If you're being "squeezed" too much why not resign and find something that suits you better? I bet your coach/ccl would have 100 applicants to take your place.

Take a chill pill buddy. How do you know that they won't give you enough hours? They haven't implemented the system yet. I am quite sure that you will have a minimum guaranteed number of hours to qualify for FTE (full time equivalent). It sounds like they are working out the kinks. And... NO MORE unpaid overtime! How awesome is that! Change is not easy. Human beings do not like change. As far as the GPS.... who cares? As long as you give 7.5 hours a day (yes... 7.5 because your breaks are paid), you will be just fine. This may turn out to be a very good thing. There is plenty to do in excess of your actual visits too. Have you ever added your time for phone calls, scheduling, reports, education, meetings, reviewing emails such as "Take 10".... that takes 20 minutes to read to get ready for your 10. It's going to be OK. We are strong.
