Hardworking and excellent workers are not longer "tolerated" by the company. They just can't survive any more. That tells you a lot about the survivability of this company.

Yes, I took the same program through CCL. Nothing more than teaching how to manipulate people all packaged up in a touchy-touchy feel good wrapper. Before it became the huge money wasting exercise, the connection was though Big Z, it was pre-CCL. All kinds of stuff like this going on that COMS turns a blind eye too.
Curious, @RDNMQCh-2bdh - whose wife has the leader training contract? I took leadership courses through CCL (global firm) and with a woman named Kathy, who'd been training leaders since way back
before the split. Is there another stream of leader courses that I missed?
I agree too, it is a game, very much like the game of thrones. It wasn't always like this. It seemed to start when HC started rewarding his buddies (anybody subsurface Z, SB) with juicy promotions for getting the companies production up. Just so happens that many of the promoted ones had zero qualifications for their roles and were poor leaders. But hey, leaders can be made and especially if you've just been promoted why not start training people to be leaders... so get your wife's leader training company a sweet contract with CVE and start the whole narcissistic leadership culture.
agree.
This is the Cenovus culture. Don't like the game? Not hand picked by your leader? Leave!
Completely agree. Have seen couple persons let go only because was not dancing around his supervisor. Is to mention that persons had better skills then supervisor.
They are not building teams. They are picking teams. Building teams means compiling treatment through careful selection and interviewing.
Picking a team is choosing your buddies and friends and whoever pumps up your ego
