Please will someone copy the WFR numbers from the Works Council onto here?
I understand the UK Works Council is the HPE equivalent of the CSC UK Employee Forum (UKEF). You wont find anything on the UK Woks Council on the Former CSC Sharepoint. Although there is a group for the UKEF on Yammer
Is the UK Works Council the same as the European Works Council? A search for UKWC reveals exactly 0 results in Sharepoint. How come nobody has told us where this important information can be accessed? (URL would be nice)... https://dxcportal.sharepoint.com/sites/ewc ??? Says I need to request access, if that's it.

The UK Works Council site posted the WFR numbers last week so have a look there.
Talking to various colleagues there do seem to be some very strange pools and as the norm in DXC it's all come from the centre, line managers have no idea if their staff are in pools or what the pools are.

Anyone know of anybody in UK Delivery who has applied for VR that was offered at the start of the month and actually been given it ? Are they waiting until the 12th of December to tell everyone the result or if you have not heard by now then it means you are not going to be getting it ?

90% of UK staff has got it or basically everybody in delivery. They have lost contracts so people gotta go.

We haven't seen company paid Christmas anything in CSC for years and years and years.
Normal decent company? CSC/DXC could never be described as normal or decent.

This round of WFR is targeted at developer roles from what we can work out, only developer roles have received the email. Can anybody confirm this?
Some of us got a WFR email for Q3 in October and received this new 'update' mail yesterday, apparently its a 'widening' of the job pools that can apply. No idea if the numbers required have been increased.....

I got my email today from the slimy hands, informing me of my impending redundancy. One month ago a meeting was held and staff were assured there'd be no redundancies before Christmas. They held true. Their gonna undertake the cull in January! You gotta give these slimy f@ckers credit for their honesty and the transparent vindictiveness of their emails sent out today, just to make sure people have a nice relaxing Christmas break!
Apparently my role is being made redundant. Sure as sh*t they will have to fill my role with a contractor if my number comes up in the meat lottery as my role is required for a reasonably lucrative contract. I'm not too concerned as I've already sought advice from a UK employment lawyer who has already secured compensation payouts for others who've been made redundant illegally by DXC in the UK. Where they have refilled the redundant position with a contractor. This is against the law in the UK. DXC like to settle out of court and basically enforce a gagging order on the individual concerned so that they do not go running their mouth of to The Register. So, bring it on DXC. I look forwards to my redundancy payout and my subsequent compensation payout when I sue you :)

Ex HPE people in Hook got the email today. Meanwhile DXC is too tight to provide a free Christmas lunch in the canteen. Not even a Christmas tree this year. Any normal decent company would throw a Christmas party of some sort.

Mofos lied about no more cuts this year in the last all hands and suddenly they put the whole delivery org for VR/CR!!
Sounds like it's gone out to all UK Deliver both former CSC and former HPE-ES.
It seems the VR take up is not as high as they expected so they've sent this scary email to push more people for VR. Usually CR pools would be formed after VR is over, no?
I don’t know about specific, everyone I know who is legacy CSC got it, apart from apprentices.

The selection pools for redundancy are large, but not everyone is in scope this time around. Today's emails only went to a specific targeted audience of UK staff.
