Heard some scam happens @dxc from indian leadership team and end of working is Dec 31st??? Is it true???

Corruption is all with the managers/management, they dont have any work except smoking cigarettes and doing a FPR evaluation at the year end.. to everyones dismay, the managers cannot declare any salary hikes, bonus and then go on leave during the time when they have to communicate the rating/hike.

Yes, there is corruption in India. From my experience of outsourcing work to India the work was rarely done on time, on budget or to any industry standard level of quality. Many Indians looked for assignments in the UK and the USA and were more focused on this than on the work. I heard many stories about corruption within EDS HP and now DXC. Usually family members winning contracts, being promoted, given travel opportunities etc. However, it has always been this way in India. DXC usually wins contracts by low balling prices, which is enabled by very cheap outsourcing quotes from India. Then the profits (outlooked profits) are recognized before they are actually accomplished and many costs are passed onto new contracts. Eventually this pyramid scheme will collapse. I t is a truly awful company and the sooner it collapses, the better for the industry.

GRE Department is full of scams.. but none have the guts to confront them. The siphoning is going on in full swing.

The below buildings are approx 90% - 95% empty

Yes its almost true. DXC India increases work time without planning the seat occupation,space etc. While HPE merged with CSC and formed Dxc Indian employees were told that there are project showers like anything but now it is a very big surprise that even toilets are locked for few shifts, no water in Taps, too much of speculation in using the building space in OTP Chennai and also erstwhile CSC office of TAMBARAM Mepz is going to get shifted to DLF,Chennai where earlier is still SEZ and there is a big question among everyone why the movement s planned to DLF. Also Transport Cabs are plucking the hairs in planning for the cabs and timings. It's damn sure new VP HR sree had satisfied mike with graphical ppt and shown his mentality of costsavings with cheap ideas. Soon they are going to size the employee strength though false promises of same project showers.

Folks, let me tell you now BAP of the scam .

The real money is getting siphoned from RGA tech park deal.

A.... made this decision as a value capture.. :)

Personal value capture to VJ , A and his seniors including SD :)

My informer with in DXC mentioned me that there are talks of closing SJR I park ( erstwhile Xchanging facility ) which I believe is the cheapest facility of DXC in Bangalore.

Instead of moving EGL to I park 2nd floor the real estate and procurement folks created another facility called RGA Tech park and poured good amount of money in to RGA build up and lease.

Now every month RGA will pay a value to VJ , A and his seniors including SD :)

There is another facility called KTP and 30 % of the space in this facility was/is free.

The biggest question arises in everyone's mind is then why did we create RGA ?

We could have moved everyone from EGL and Bagmane to PTP.

Few questions to DXC management including SA, SD and Micky !!! ( Jo and all jokers)

If you look at EC1 approximately 5000 chairs/IT assets so many admin assets are staked in the rooms / corridors. Why India leadership didn't make even a decision to clear off such a old assets to create space for 5000 more seats without procuring RGA or extending lease of any new facilities ?

The question is when DXC laid off 5000 people why those seats were not re harvested to close RGA, Bagmane and few other facilities in Bangalore ?

These sharks are finding opportunities to create new avenues to siphon and mint money.

The real hurting to hardworking HPE, CSC ,UXC, X changing and EIT folks is forced shutdown and deduction of EL during the year end.

Mikey is happy with this bloody HR decision and local management decision .

No company on earth would do such a bloodiest deduction .

Right from toilet paper, transport vendor, food vendor , security and recent lanyards deal at INR 34/Lanyard while vendor in Delhi quoted less than 15 siphoning of hard earned money continues .

I got to know the Mickey is visiting India ...

Hopefully some press reporter would ask this question or he will read this message and get prepared for mass clean up !!!

Can someone please post concrete info as to investigation outcome, specifics - s to kind of fraud, involvement of family members of ST and gang and how DXC colluded to issue them NOCs so that they could go to other Orgs and continue their nefarious activities..

I am one of the sufferer..we must unite to move court to make public the investigation and bring ST and goons to justice

Transport scam by another vendor-Lakshmi Tours and Travels who is running cab for 68emp with 48 cabs and billing around 30 lakhs/months and drunk and drive and miss behavior with lady employees and transport admin are safeguarding this vendor by both CSC/HPE.Vendors are bribeing to Admins to close the issue. Need to be investigated all are looters.

Here is the real inside story. Before that, don’t blame all of the ‘LT’. It is only the ‘ST’ in STellar who is culprit and should be made to pay!

Last year an investigation was completed when DXC was HPE, ‘ST’ was given a warning and let go. But the irregularities such as misusing power for personal gains should have resulted in showing the door to him which dint happen at that time.

Recently due to a whistleblower complaint to DXC senior leadership, investigations began again for larger exec India leadership. It was apparently found more irregularities by ‘ST’ only. Unfortunately people associated with him also bore the axe for no fault, as they had to ‘show’ actions being taken and take credit for CSC / external consultants, which is usually the case in such organizations!

Summarily, ST has been involved in shady real estate deals with former and current employees, misappropriated company assets and also had shell Companies with vendors to siphon Money.

All of ST team were sh-- scared of him and few of them left found roles under others as soon as they got opportunities in new DXC org. He used to threaten his Reportees about sacking them by maligning in front of HR, which he did with one of the prior reportee who he purportedly promoted and when he dint fall in line was shown the door.

Only culprit that I have come to know from insiders is ‘STellar’ guy 😂 and some shared Services folks who got caught which was long overdue, who were in bottom ranks of the company but had BMWs!!

Don’t lose heart, these happen in most companies but don’t come Out easily, and since HR in DXC is having loose mouth and reveals everything outside this has come out in the open. Maybe another lesson for HR folks also how to handle such issues.

Advice - leave these posts and focus on your career!!

This company is worse than government organisation. .. the rule is not same for everyone, those who are close will stay in Hilton and travel by hired innovo even for one member. . The DXC also same ss their only motive is to send all legacy members just to please the market; no plans to increase the revenue, when ever project is closed/ lost send double the number of employees home, irritating with useless rules to frustrating the members to leave... full of sick folks

Keeping Contractors was scam

Running AMWAY business by a manager from BTM/Bannerghatta road was another scam . Almost 75 staff was doing the business under his leadership

Some were running Pubs in Indiranagar area and the the girls employed here in Ec1 office

Transport scam is another by Annapurna transports who is Ex-employee of HPE/DXC

Renovation scam all chair seats were replaced with new ones inspite of the old chairs being in top condition. The new chairs were purchased at Rs 7500 per chair when the market rate was Rs1500

Very true. This company is not for common peopke. You should know how to loot. Ex VP looted entire company and he used come and give us comments like how we should work !!! Still there are such people working. Hope management looking at those people. They wants keep contractors so half of the empliyee salary they can eat! Have a close watch and send them. Instead of declaring that top officials have left the organization after many years of service, they could clear the controversy by clearly mentioning the fraud/scam and the names of the Leadership Team (LT) including those who were operation from outside India (USA) scamming the company left right and center.

On the other hand it is being portrayed that the LT members did whatever wrong was done, was done within the limits of the company policy and so there was no wrongdoing on the recruitment scam front.

However on the forged hotel bills front (15 days stay for new joinee ) , the management is trying to hush up the whole thing.

The only issue was lack of controls over the deeds of the LT members who have made tens of millions while the employees serving the company are left with begging bowls in their hands.

I'm an ex-HPE from the ES group. It's sad to see the state of ES/DXC. I pity all those who are still working there and have been impacted with no bonus or salary increase. I know there are atleast 30% of people who are incompetent and surviving at the discretion of their managers, either by being a slave to their boss or shelling some $$..

Also look at more seniors at HP/HPE sitting globally, was anyone's package a concern to come up with putting dept on sale!!! or cleaning depts not working!!! now leaving in 2018 with their share of happiness !!! is that an ethical practice, what you handover to another buyer!!!. HP share price tells the story of trust by investors, right when Carly left, mark hurd came and so on.

Let us give credit where credit is due.

The noise from the ground were heard and a detailed investigation was launched. While the investigation took some time, the fact is that action has been taken by the new leadership and these 17 people, including senior people, have been shown the door within 6 months of the new company

The CEO Mike Lawrie has also been clear that no ethics violation will be tolerated and he said it in the townhall.

Maybe this is a new beginning and a clear signal of how things will work going forward.

For years this place was run with mid level leadership who were a law unto their own. For the first time we have 2 SVP level leaders in India that bring new and fresh perspectives and are also directly and strongly connected to the company top leadership.

I definitely expect more cleanup in the days to come

There are so many involved be it recruitment, procurement, bus transport for employees, cafeteria etc, which is not yet investigated for example Janani buses fly with bigger 50 seater even though it's not required to get more revenue. The current leadership should come out clean on this issue. When Mark Hurd's ethical lapses could have been shared with the world, what's stopping DXC from sharing the stuff that these guys did and prosecuting them? What's important to know is that whether we have conclusively closed these ethical lapses and that the remaining leadership is cleared. Am not holding my breath though. Corporate America is not really known for doing the right thing anyway.

First thought of corruption came to mind when last year for no reason they were re-innovating the cafeteria (changing all the tables and chairs, bringing those soundless big tv and bla bla ) in Bangalore office. I feel the upper management along with the admin are looting and taking bribe from the vendor like anything. Simple Bada and Samosa they are selling with a price of 15-20 rupees. Common guys this is not even the price in outside small hotels. If they dig more into these I am sure few more hidden faces will come up.
