Im irish not scottish ya twat.Orange order is very real.Read up on it.Members of orange order are not allowed to marry Catholics or attend anything religious that in anyway is associated with Catholicism its notoriously anti catholic and anti irish.If you think its some conspiracy theory like illuminati then you need to go educate yourself on northern irish history.you stupid little boy.

Nothing could be worse than the management at Seagate Springtown.We are managed by managers that will threaten violence on employees and even on a few instance managers actually attempted to assault employees.Quite a few managers are members of the infamous orange order which is notoriously anti catholic.So if youre an irish catholic applying for an internal job then dont hold your hopes high if its an orange order manager interviewing you.Management take everything on a personal basis,so if you dont kiss their a-- then youre going to be made to know about it eg:bad appraisals,turned down for holiday requests,constantly put on busiest toolsets,threatened with disciplinary action for the tinyiest of things.

@QLiO10R-1pqe, I know a number of people who have left for better job security, pay, and benefits. Not 30% better pay, but still an increase. The real payoff was much better job security and medical benefits.

So if you people think that Seagate has atrocious management and job security is nil, why do you stick around? There is no guarantee that the current severance package will not be reduced, so that's no excuse.

Not that there was a chance of a raise, but on the new workday website it says ratings are for bonus calculation. No mention of raises or promotion. It's pretty much all a scam.

Haven't you heard? No more 1-5s. Reviews are paragraph form, not numbered. Death to the 3s. What they don't tell you is management now have a secret 1-9 number assigned to you. 1 is Derailed and 9 is a-- kisser. Ask for this number from your manager and HR has instructed managers to lie and not share your number. What a fraud Seagate has become. I feel good I was laid off even if my last day is not until March. I can have a lot of fun between now and March.
