More and more PHCs are struggling to reach 10 contacts per and are afraid we'll get fired for low performance before the next layoff.

Once again, it was not an exact science that kept some of us here and others are gone. I was told that there is a process and it is HR, not our coaches or COMs' decisions. HR doesn't know who kisses whose butt, so I don't agree OP.

I agreee, I don’t do more than expected. Why would I? The RIF will continue and the ones that are killing themselves to exceed metrics will kick themselves because they worked so hard to make themselves feel protected. Nobody is protected. I don’t necessarily think they are but kissers Just worried people trying to survive.

I disagree as well. I don't kiss butt. I am also burnt out on the job. I do not work overtime and I wont except for the occasional 30 minutes because I am stuck on the phone. Since the change, I do not try for numbers. I take my time and make sure all the documentation is correct, frankly my numbers (contacts) are on the low side, all other numbers are high but I am still here.

Sorry you were impacted, but no need to take it out on those who werent. Call us what you want, but we still have jobs, for now at least. We all have bills to pay and many have families to take care of. We are just doing our jobs we are paid to do. Please do not send your hate towards humana our way. We are all just trying to survive.

On a side note, unless you work for yourself, you will always have someone above you giving direction/orders. You are paid to do the job they want you to do. So if doing your job or “being a yes ma'am/yes sir “ person is not for you, i suggest a serious career change since you will have some time to reflect now.

I also would disagree.

I don’t kiss butt, I don’t do anything extra, just hit numbers but that’s it, I don’t particularly enjoy the job and I’m actually quite burned out, but it pays bills for now - I’m surprised every round that I’m still here. Team leads are gone, SME’s are gone, the Humana cheerleaders are gone on my team.
