Thread regarding Seagate Technology Inc. layoffs

@6zoo Its actually true about seagate springtown employing more people,there are people you took redundancy in the last batch of lay offs that applied for jobs and have been rehired by Seagate.The fabs have become alot more busier hence the rehiring of agency staff.

Seagate springtown is in the proccess of employing more people in positions across the board I.T ,engineering,technicians and a large number of agency workers are to be brought in the next few weeks.I cant see any layoffs if theyre employing more people.

If i left and so did every other operator it wouldnt make a difference to how badly seagate is ran.Im guessing youre not management but like to think you are.But if you are management then youre a part of the blame to how badly seagate is ran.I think its funny how you use the word "we" lnd "us" as if you own seagate and think people are your employees.Sorry to break it to you but youre only a number aswell.

You keep on s---ing d--k and kissing a-- and realise if seagate were to shut tomorrow youd be kicked out like the rest of us.A factory thats ran by sectarian bigots ,full of nepotism and cronyism can only go one way..and thats down.

If you do not like it it’s simple just leave please.We only want people fully engaged, do yourself a good turn, get yourself another job and go simple as, then the behaviours of management will no longer be your concern.Every position has 43 applicants waiting to take your place mate.Sorry to break it to you but you are only a number to us.
