Many DXC employees to get WFR letter as Diwali gift in India

There were no Diwali sweets given to DXC employees this year for Diwali 2017

In fact many employees are likely to get their WFR letter as Diwali gift before 31 October

HR dept has been working overtime and likely 2000 employees to be WFR this month

HAPPY DIWALI

In India the employees should be getting 12 months salary in lieu of WFR.

@PQfLH7A-3rom : Other than seeing race, creed, color and religion, you see nothing else.

It is silly to link sweet meats to Diwali or even Xmas for that matter. What probably matters is only your stupidity.

the loyalty is along with wfr letters. gone are the days when sweet meats were distributed. with dxc its only diiks and cuunts (D x C)

You must be silly to not be able to see the link between Diwali (Hindu celebration) and sweet meats. Read the title on the thread Sherlock.

If Christians don’t get chocolates at Christmas, then nor should sweets be distributed at Diwali for Hindus. Harsh but it’s straight talk.

Are you sure you don’t sit near lawrie cuz it’s rubbing off on you pal!!

@PQfLH7A-3dad : "Even our work stationery cupboards are empty besides pencils, a biro pen and small jotters."

@PQfLH7A-1ctn : you seems to have a below average IQ. Its an Indian tradition, its not giving sweets to Hindus. Xmas is no longer celebrated in the USA as americans worship the demon.

Xmas is celebrated by the Russians.

No new employees will join to DXC after seeing these many WFR. DXC should taken policy from earlier HP to consider their employees who are working more than 5 years.

Get used to it, Xmas is a time of giving too. We used to get chocolates years ago, well two or three times in 14 years. For the last 8-9 yrs we’ve had f--- all.

Just because your Hindu doesn’t mean you should be treated any different. A Muslim colleague of mine doesn’t get anything when he has his Eid.

Diwali is one of the major festival if not the major festival in India which is a time for celebration for a prosperous year ahead. Here sweets are commonly distributed by most employers to the employees. While HP/HPE used to give a box of sweetmeats to the employees, DXC fu*king management has tried to save money.

Now DXC will get nothing but sh1t for the whole year. The managers will beg employees to stay but no one will.

DXC company is doing more layoff rather than bringing new projects. DXC team needs to have good sales team which resolve all issues. They should consider employees and their family struggle after this layoff. They should give minimum 3 months bench period to get into project.
