With last Friday's latest WFR, we are down to 4 onshore people in my team. It was 175 people when I started. There hasn't been any 'bad' people for years and years. The only bad people now are the horrific India contractors whose work our team had to constantly fix. And I'm actually happy that that won't happen with only 4 people left. I want the results of the offshoring push to people who don't know what they are doing to start resutling in major issues with no one to save the day. This company and our clients who bought into offshoring deserve it.

@Occdh67-kzx, wow! "Stay focus and deliver to the customers?? " The WFRs are not selective to weed out the "bad". It's all $$ driven to cut resource with long tenure and "higher" salary.
I have witnessed customers are totally dissatisfied with the lack of leadership from DXC... stay focus to "optimize leadership" that my recommendation...
Ditto.. Meg that sounded a lot like my last one to one with my manager. He's also had some of that kool-aid... maybe a little too much..
