spirit values, what a joke. Tired of hearing the old worn out messaging crap about spirit values. Empty crap. Surrounded by leaders promoted based on cronyism, nepotism, and diversityism. What ever happened to the idea of a meritocracy? 'Leadership' is really just spin in this company. If you spin, you win. Tell the truth, you lose. Promoted if you're a gamer, a knob polisher, one upper, back stabbed, salesman, etc but no substance and no depth and no integrity to be found in most of the groups. Just big promotions for hot air. Do the right thing for the business? Yeah right, what a joke.. Just talk louder and wave your arms. If I go to one more spinned up town hall, I'm going to puke. I'm going to poo on the desk of the next brainwashed corporate tool who regurgitates any of the ridiculous corporate messages.

I have SPIRIT Values! That is why every time I need to pass gas, I walk by the manager's office and crop dust! If I am going to fed a load of crap, at least I can pass some of the excrement back to him!
"Sprit Values" is nothing more than an insult to what ever intelligence is left in this company. It has taken a while to say this benefit of the doubt an all but ELT is a joke.
Spot on. So true. Tell the truth and you lose. Loudly babble your hot air, or argue, or (rr)state the obvious as if you had a real profound insight and the foolish "managers" pat you on the back and promote you. Such a joke.
