@Ncy99ZC-hqt: Absolutely agree. I think the only thing that does get passed down is accountability. Certainly not the protection that Management extends to each other and their cronies. Performance only mattered before the layoffs began. Once the company started the death spiral, performance didn't matter. Remember - all marginal performers were supposedly eliminated in the first round. So what mattered after that was WHO you know, not how you perform. "Performance" is just an excuse at this point since management has relinquished all personal responsibility for accountability and performance. And all of us pay the price.
accountability? Only ones accountable are boots on the ground. COP has a delegating culture.
