One of my customers I supported 3 years ago is asking if I can sell him 5 HP ProLiant servers? Anybody knows if we still sell HP junk?

You can definitely sell "Martin Junk aka Fink" products ! - Alas his a-- was kicked out of HPE a while ago - what an useless Lab director he was flying in chartered planes.
I'd form an LLC, get a Tax ID (can do it in 4 Hours), buy HP Junk from EBAY and resell it to them.

Uhhh... you are in a customer-facing role and do not know what products you sell????
