I spend 5 years in HPE, I left because of low salaries, bad incentives. I have friends who still there, many of them got layoff before the fusion. The incentives and salaries are bad for old employees. for the new ones the incentives and salary are better and they are in the same or lower level that you are. So WTF? they want you to stay but always being cheap, they dont care if get less than the new guy who has less experience than you just because is new.
Really bad management, low incentives always same speech about raises and opportunities. dont waste your time. I waste 5 years if you still want to go stay up no more than 3 years and you will see.
