I know it's frustrating and I am for free speech. However, if you'd check the site rules (all the way below) you will notice that they do not allow any kind of threats or use of personal information - I'd stay away from posting names completely. Now, I was the one who posted a full page rant which unfortunately had a few F words in it and they (layoffs.com) deleteed it and they blcoked me from posting...I can go around the block but when I do that it's very slow and I am just saying be careful 'bout what is being said...

@zcy - I agree, this the only real opportunity for us to speak up. It's sad, but true.
As the third person said, I agree we need to vent but I would not use exact names (I would not want anyone using my name in any forum on the internet too), "Content Rules" say that no names are allowed anyhow (also, they are responsible to report any threats to authorities - at least that's what they say under "Privacy")
I agree, we have not been able to ever say what we think. In our staff meetings or one on one reviews or in IM, our coaches will say so what do you think about the town hall, or what was said at the associate meeting? Yes, really? You really think on a monitored phone and computer we will feel free to say all that we think? This is very liberating as someone here said. I agree with what the originator said though, maybe naming exact names is not good but we are human and want some how to be heard. It would be wonderful if the CEO and upper management would see this and respond in a positive way.
I've not seen threats. I don't think anyone should beware of sharing their experiences on here. Its quite liberating and I think most of us are aware that there are some "leadership" watching. I'm personally glad they are. It may be the only opportunity we will ever be able to have a real voice as they have done everything possible to mute us...(big brother)
