I think @1izl is likely correct. Wait until the August 9 town hall to find out what's coming in September.
They could just cause more fatalities that they are so proud of. How about that?

I'll go on a limb and say strong hints during August 9th town hall followed by a plan in September. This is just a guy feel.
I bet is on the first week in August.
