@pzo - totally agree. unfortunately that doesn't seem to be changing soon. goal plan: catch up to our competition by going slower than them.
But " transformation " did happen? Did you miss the note? I was a KMG before, I am transformed into a Director! That's transformation. Earlier, I was going to Mpls only during, FNM, now I will during the holidays also. That's transformation. Look at the brighter side, bud!
