Let's say Intel realizes they are wrong (legally) and offer my job back. Intel's mistake will be putting me at a disadvantage as I return to my job, All my projects and ownership have most assuredly been given to others in my absence. I will be basically set up to failure for the coming year's review cycle. In addition, setting me up for possible retaliation from my manager and co-workers (hard to prove, but very likely.)
What should/could I ask for (monetarily, ISP equal bonus, etc...) from Intel to offset the position Intel has now placed me in with their illegal action even if I accept the job back?
