Have to point out yo-yo management is already running this company. They have and are wasting all kinds of cash. Take note of the empty office buildings, Rosetta fiasco, expensive dry holes, lost stockholder value and much more. You've got to be kiddy if you think they are doing a good job.
For the sake of saving other 2000 employees get rid of useless, selfish, egotistical Susan Cunningham. The board of directors should check her background prior to joining Noble Energy.
Well in my division we are cutting cost, to not cut people. I have no clue how it is in other areas. But the men/ women over my division know they need to keep us. You can't just let any yo-yo touch the type of assets that cost this kind of cash.
4cqr does not speak for all of us. For the rest, who said we were laid off? Nor do we wish ill will on our fellow employees. You're just making stuff up. Kinda like the original comment inferring oil prices are on the rebound. Sorry to break it to you, that isn't reality based. Interesting too that you compare this to "family", clearly it's not. The execs didn't disown their own kids last year when prices fell now did they? Your comments show you live in La-La land.
Do you have to work for Noble to comment on their performance? I don't think so! I work as an analyst. Noble is one the poorest performing companies in their peer group. Sorry to be the bearer of bad news. Return on equity, capital employed, free cash flow. POOR in all areas. Even with high prices this company was performing poorly.
Well why are you commenting?
I don't work for Noble you moron... and never have!
@FzyIx5g-xps - Next stop: 10, and poverty for all of us. yay.
Well it's sad to wish harm to a whole company, after you were laid off. You don't care what happens to the 2000 others, who have jobs? We are all family in the oil world. I wouldn't wish harm on a company or the people there. But! I'm also not a bitter person. I'd just go find another job and keep moving forward.
I bet Noble is is "busting their buttons" over having you still on the payroll!
I'm still employed, I have no reason to be bitter.
The only one bitter here is you 3ugc. Prices will rise when this correction is over and that is still a long way off. Sorry, sometimes reality isn't pleasant. Be an adult and deal with it.
I like how some people try to "gloss" over the truth with name calling. Very mature.
Blah, blah bitter dickhead 3ytw
Don't worry Noble couldn't make any money at $90.00 oil!
This contraction ain't over yet. Wait till inventory and earnings reports start coming out. This was a dead cat bounce. More accurately, the dead cat bounced off a window sill on it's way to the pavement another 10 or so floors down.
