@ELFHENI-tgj I think they removed it from the intranet, I was looking for it and could not find it. Also, on the contractors - nothing will be paid out to them, they may be paid by their companies, but not by Gulfstream. Maybe some folks that were laid off in 2014 can share what they got in severance back then.

Yes - They are promising that it will be paid out to perm employees who get the shaft. However, cannot find the severance package policy on the intranet - Could it be down or removed so employees cannot compare it to what they actually receive??

Severance pay and benefits packages will be handed out to direct employees by the company. Severance will be determined by how many years you've worked for Gulfstream. As for contractors, I believe that all depends on the contracting company.
