@1342g7M4-4uvn - I'm hearing a FSM ratio of 20-to-1 is likely. TS VP = Technical Service VP. This was the Xerox Direct legacy service title. So, each region has a legacy TS VP and an XBS VP.

The 10 service regions have already been made and consist of a TS VP and XBS VP (20 in total). The 15-to-1 ratio of field service technicians are being applied from there. @1342g7M4-xlh - Have you heard anything more about FSM's being laid off?
I heard 58 service managers across the country got it yesterday. 2 in MI.
I have confirmation that the head HR person was let go/laid off at MOS.
It was announced today that 3 managers in our organization (Pacific NW area) have be laid off. I see your post is 24 minutes old, so maybe MOS is not going to be impacted(?). Fingers crossed for you and your coworkers.
Head of HR fired. One service manager fired. More mid level management gone soon.
