Read my last paragraph in the original post, its all fair and well saying nothing will happen and ive done loads of these in the past. Its same ol sh1t....
1) Have you ever done an employee survey with new Mike?
2) Have you ever done one with new HR lead?
3) Do you not want to test whether new Mike is the same old Mike?
4) New Mike is making all the right noises, wouldnt it make sense just to let him know how bad this place is for you? Regardless of whether he shares it, he will get to know!! FACT!!
Do you even understand how absurd your reasoning is? Mine and your issues are with Lawrie, well this new guy needs to be given a chance. If David Samson, who is calling himself Sam now is sh–, write it on the survey. Anyone and everyone, name and shame them. At the absolute minimum someone in the company will get to know how we feel.
Yeah, things may not change, but that shouldnt stop the workforce protesting. Instead of ranting on here, grow a pair of BIG BALLS and rant on there. Every question has a comments box.
Before you say you have no time, you certainly have time to comment here.
Even if nothing is achieved, regardless of whether they do anything or not. As a baseline measure they will know just how fcuked up this company is.
