Mike Salvino, Please support the backbone of DXC the employees and give the hardworking employees a payrise. Most have not received a pay rise for many many years.
Thanking you in anticipation.

Sal only cares about the executive level and their gold-plated washrooms. Everyone else does not exist.
UK managers, received 25% increase and bonus.
@1269GZhT-2bbt - If Mikey had not WFR'd me 2 years ago then I would still be stuck at Club Toxic and have to put up with all the BS. Thanks Mikey and my 20+ years of EDS/HP/HPE/DXC corporate knowledge is never returning to DXC.
@1269GZhT- 1jka — I agree. I am seeing the same with US State and Local HHS too. It is likely due to this business is to be sold or spun off soon. Also, this group L2 has left... Gur... Sing
Agree with 2qsg - Sal has lot of things to do but he needs to do them now and change big - nice have a logo change and rebrand but that's glossing over the 7urd that is at moment DXC.
Okay to change on the surface - rebrand logo + identity moving away from ex-ceo disastrous reign as the CEO but damage has been done
1) WFR loyal employees who won't come back to DXC if you paid it gold bars and will spread the negativity of brand outside
2) WFR and losing invaluable expertise, offshoring on cheap and as results accounts SLA's going in the red, faults can't be fixed as quick
3) Irate customers disappointed by brand and likely to not renewal or cut down on their contract with DXC
4) current DXC employees see no training no pay rise but exception increase of work
5) bad leadership from direct line managers and project managers who are ineffectual, can't decide what to do with mixed and confusing messages
6) manager who don't support their staff but bullying / nasty if some thing happens and likely not to blame themselves but subordinates underneath them
7) What is DXC's IP and what do they do now and in the future - seems totally confused message.
8) clear and concise procedures and direction! 8) Cut ineffectual and unnecessary / duplicate managers away from the organisation.
The new ceo has work cut out but he needs to change big, sell off some part of the business perhaps ? but definitely change the culture and lower - mid management within DXC - potentially every 2 years all managers need to reapply for their jobs and perhaps round robin the lower management around their groups. Yes it is drastic but necessary to save this company.
Or perhaps Sal will cut and split branches of DXC before a final sale to one or more of its rivals.
And that folks below is the problem...
Everyone blaming "the other".
The truth is that whether a manager was CSC or HPES they were told that senior management wanted them to act like a cnut and they did...
purge ex HPE people, Hmm in the US we see it another way. Ex-HPE people are taking over management positions and ex-CSC data centers are closing left and right
In Fance, since Sal has been named, the repression from ex CSC Managers against ex HPE people have never been so violent. Everyday, people are leaving completely disgusted about such management and such harassement.
So, I don't think Salvino will change anything. He is just waiting the Lawry's staff is finishing to purge ex HPE people .....
