And this is NEWS?
I had 33 years, patents, trade secret processes, real accomplishments, plus DFSS and every other piece of baloney they could throw at me that meant nothing...and yet, I knew where my bread was buttered...until I arranged for my departure it was always: "Thank you sir, may I have another?"
Put your hand in a bucket of water and then remove it. See the impression you left? Yeah, neither did your boss. At best a few co-workers miss you, but in 6 weeks a new process will have them scrambling to comply and you will be forgotten.
It's not personal, but it is why the Honeywell board is so busy.
@122l8xg1-1mwj, look it up, PII is any data that could pinpoint to a specific person. Could be a full name, but could also be “a blond in xy department, if that department doesn’t have too many blonds.
Did this person work in reliability?
The original post included two first names, one of which also had second initial. This doesn't seem to rise to the rule level of "personal and confidential information" unless you are close enough to the incident to have already known about it. For everyone else, first name and even second initial doesn't mean as much as learning about the poor behavior of HI HR and site leadership. This bad PR is the real reason to have the post removed.
Time to move on, don’t obsess over Honeywell
- ljf: You included a name in your post and it will likely get your post or the entire thread removed.
Cannot name names either.
Site admins nuke posts, usually if foul language and insults are used.
Now it pops back -in.
