All Legacy Level3 techs in my area and other areas just received pay increases but not one Legacy Centurylink employee. What's up with that ?

I recently left CenturyLink as I was totally frustrated with management...metrics.. made to work on HVAC, generators etc I was a technician from legacy level 3 was making $31.83 hr..some level 3 locators are making $35 an hour to paint the ground crazy

I think management knows who the better techs are and are finally rewarding them.. CTL tech are cry babies.
Most likely because there was disparity between L3 & CTL pay. CTL was higher paid the L3, and now trying to bring them into alignment.
These are hourly field techs. I know of one situation where the Lev3 tech with 8 years now makes more than a CTL tech with over 20 years. These guys do the same job. I know of one area where the LEV3 techs will not go to a CTL site for a trouble. They will drive right past it and a CTL tech will have to go there. The CTL tech has to go to ALL sites for troubles. ??????????????
What is the compensation amount and rate for each entity? Is it hourly or salary? Perhaps CTL is just harmonizing compensation.
