Well, what do you know?!?
Microsoft got JEDI.
Conveniently, somebody finally realized TK might have had a point and Oracle became Microsoft partner a few months ago.
So Oracle Database is in a better position than if AWS got it, for sure.
Crafty old LE still has neurons working. Or was it SC? Last MH deal? Who knows whose idea it was? Turns out to be good one.
Those are all very good questions. The analysts are total useless id–ts - there is real analysis being done as shown by the fact that the vast majority of ankaysts’ rating are ‘Buy’.
Lawsuits have been filed but with all the share buybacks and low Fed rates, share price has not crashed and nobody can claim that they’ve been hurt and suffered losses - that will come when price declines.
The SEC ? - just plain corrupt!
What I want to know is how did investment community get snowed time and time again with lies from Mark and LÊ and never once was either one questioned. Also who is there no class action litigation about the falsehoods and where is the SEC????
DoD has now released a PP deck which systematically annihilates Oracle’s childish arguments - take a look at thereg website.
Sayonara LE!
@10luegaK-7bdj Yup, definitely time to get some popcorn and enjoy the show!
Ha, the empire (aka Pentagon) is striking back just a predicted, organizing briefings for SoD, POTUS and members of Congress to set them straight about why Oracle’s arguments are completely off the rocker. Should be interesting. They will completely DESTROY any credibility oracle and the 3 stooges might have. Can’t wait!!!

If it is indeed as bad as everyone says it is, they will get creamed in a very public fashion. The people asking for the audit are not technical by any means so chances are they are doing it just to make sure everything was on the up and up and to quell claims of bias. the procurement teams will make sure they have their behinds covered.
The 3 stooges ALWAYS put their own and Oracle’s interests ahead of those of customers - by now its a reflex for them, greedy A:holes that they are.
Yep, the 3 stooges are just pure self serving greed. What pieces of work they are!
This is just beyond embarrassing, not only because they aren't qualified for the bid, but that they would purposefully put a customers best interest behind theirs.
It won't be Amazon that explains the selection process. It Will be the DoD, but they will go in to great detail the selection process of criteria, The selection process who was chosen and why and who was NOT chosen and why. All done in a very open and transparent fashion. But it could get ugly for the three stooges. really ugly. They should have kept their mouths shut. I had an aunt who was involved in DoD procurement for 30 years. they will go out of their way to prove and justify the selection process.
Can’t wait for Amazon to explain to the world in excruciating detail that oracle doesn’t actually have a cloud. Talk about an own goal by LE. The world is about to find out what a laughingstock oracle and Le are - can’t wait!
