This will happen any time a stock drops quickly. Doesn't mean anything will come of it, so don't get your hopes up.

This law firm puts out Investor Alerts every month. Every company is fraudulent every time the share price drops. They all come out swimming every time DXC's share price drops, becuase of the huge equity that they are all hoping to take a share of.
They would need evidence that stockholders were wilfully and deliberately misled to invest or it can be provden that the company owners were negligent in taking actions (not communicated or known to shareholders) known to have a dramatic impact on the share price - like firing the head of US Sales in 2018 for instance or changing the prediction on returns last minute. This would just be seen as normal business practice as would be hard pressed to be proven as fraud (which is what an investor alert was supposed to be used for).
