Although I still haven't found or figured out who KT is in financial crimes in Jax, Florida, from what I see most and this is 80% + of the fin crimes employees there, have absurd if not irrelevant or negligible "work" experience in fin crimes.

Prior to Citi they either had only 2 to 3 years work experience in banking in a Non-fin crimes dept. And/Or they worked in retail stores. LOL! Really??!!

Citi hires employees whose prior "work" experience before landing a Citi job and worse yet, in an important and sensitive area like financial crimes, were working as cashiers, gloor staff, inventory managers etc. at Walmart, Macys, Wegmans, and other retailers or manufacturers. LOL But scary!

Dangerous for customers and Shareholders that Citi financial crimes employees don't even know what SARs, CTRs, and CAPs are!

Let Citi sh00t itself in the foot because this is a CitiTrain Wreck gearing up to happen for the next Consent Orders and monetary fines from the Regulators.

You need to we@ponize and use the situation to your advantage.

Firstly, you need to find a NEW Employer because WHEN NOT If the Regulators hit Citi with monetary fines, sanctions, violations and suspensions You doNOT want to be accused of being complicit in being willfully blind of financial crimes and aml happening in Citi.

This is what happened in HSBC and Wells Fargo. Some although not all minions and worker bees were accused by the OCC, FRB and FBI of being willfully blind to money laundering and financial crimes.

Secondly, save and document all of your suggestions, emails, complaints and comments to PROTECT YOURSELF about how and why the Not-laidoff employees are deficient and Not skilled in determining what aml and financial crimes are, AND that legacy employees who have the skills and knowledge were laidoff because of politics, favoritism, nepotism, Backst@bbing, power struggles etc..

Some U.S. States are single consent States and you're legally allowed to audio record conversations without the need for approval from other participants in the conversation.

Thirdly, WHEN the Sh!t hits the fan and Citi as usual gets hit with monetary fines and sanctions by the OCC, FRB, SEC etc. go directly to a Whistleblower Employment Lawyer, specifically Whistleblower Lawyers who specialize in fin crimes and aml. You can Google them in your location. Again, this is for YOUR PROTECTION AND TO KEEP YOU ANONYMOUS.

They'll take your case on contingency fee especially against a deep pocketed well-known "bank" like Citi.

You should have at the very least outted names, described and detailed incidents and reasons on the VOE which is done around September every year.

Also detail and explain how and why the Sociopath PsychoB!@tches are evil and create a toxic, unhealthy, battlefield non-collaborative work environment.

I definitely DID regardless of a notation on the VOE asking employees to refrain from naming people. FVCK That !

In Tech, TG and RH also knew since at least October 2025 who is on the Layoff Hit List in 2026.

Remember, layoffs firm-wide for 2026 began mid-January.

Then there was another round mid-Feb, mid-March, mid-April.

I asked my manager to put me on the list. If I’m lucky I won’t have to wait that long and they’ll give me the offer much sooner than Sept. I’d take it now if offered.

I previously posted on another thread on this forum that the managers and departments know 4 to 6 months in advance who are selected for layoffs.

In Tech, they knew as early as October 2025 who was getting laidoff in 2026.

DH and his direct reports knew in October 2025 who was getting the @XE in 2026.

If there are September 2026 layoffs it makes sense that names were already chosen in April/May. This is 4 to 6 months before September.

Based on Citi's pattern since 2023, layoffs occur mid-month between the 14th to 17th:

Jan, Feb, March, April, Sept, Oct, November.

There may also be layoffs in June since some Consent Orders and MRIAs have May closure due dates.
