Sounds like they want 90+% of the staff to work from India. more layoffs coming in the US. the constant mind F for US folks is to encourage as many to quit as possible so they can run the whole operation from India

I am a Wells Fargo customer. My neighbor who was displaced from your company told me about this site. After reading the comments I realize this is not the place I want to do business with. Any employer that can treat their employees like they do has no respect in my mind. The worst thing is the theft your company has done to hundreds of thousands of customers through the bank, mortgage, auto and who knows how many others. So to Wells Fargo I am taking all of my business elsewhere. That means my wealth management accounts totally 10 million. My Corporate business accounts. My personal accounts. I will be transferring everything out of your company. Let this be a clear message that corruption and greed will never pay. As a company you should be ashamed of doing corrupt business. I feel sad for your employees that are stuck working for you. As for my neighbor I have happily employed him in one of my many businesses since you left him with a wife and 4 children after he had worked for you for 22 years. You did not deserve his talent.
In another 1 to 3 years, all jobs will be taken away by India or X-country. So finally, what will be left here for US Citizens will be chainsaw, sc--w-up stocks and his stagecoach model. :)

You cannot trust and Indian. Especially a male Indian. They only look out for each other and have zero regard for women. So much for diversity at Wells Fargo.

What’s amazing with this is that there is so much regulatory scrutiny on the bank, yet we’re transitioning to use individuals in key roles with communication challenges and who reside in opposite time zones. What rationale are we giving to the regulators, or do they care? This is not just replacement of the poor performers from my understanding.
I'd rather have these jobs in India than Iowa or Minnesota.
Upper Midwest drones living in a former decade are no better than India, only more expensive with nothing in return.

Management loves the mass integration cross training. Indians seem like zombies now, once they are trained up in a yr or two, it's over for their American counterpart. US management is gone too. Charlie will keep chipping jobs away stateside to cover the bogus 4 billion dollar CFPB special interest fines. Liz Warren should be flogged, gals a frauster against American workers. Tech and Indians are the only thing she cares about, caused they lined her pockets good.

I can barely understand a word they say on the phone either. Their names are ridiculous and not even pronounceable and these people should just go by Ana, John, etc. like in every other offshored call center. What a joke this company is to save a few dollars by outsourcing jobs to India when they could just dump all this despised commercial real estate and just pay the employees they have already trained and invested in over the years, all while offering pay raises and bonuses for the rest of us.
