Thread regarding Allstate Corp. layoffs

Customers turning their backs….

Retention continues to plummet which is why the incompetents are searching for another underperforming bad investment to add their customer count to Allstates atrocious numbers…but the cash reserves may not be there to allow it……
As all companies in the final stages, Allstate is forced to cut any and everything in a failing attempt to chase any promise of profitability….
TG was definitely “transformative.” It transformed this company from a major player in the insurance market to a company on the “Sears road” to nothing….
Time to give Tommy another 20 million dollar bonus while the money is still there to do it……

Thanks for doing the bare minimum... that REALLY helps those of us that count on sh-t getting done to not get yelled at by the insured... kudos

Right now every insurance company is losing money, Allstate isn't losing the most but they aren't losing the least.

The ENTIRE insurance industry is a mess right now, rates are going up due to to labor and materials going up, cars are sitting not being fixed due to parts not available, body shops being backed up, just 2 weeks ago a friend of mine was told the body part for his fairly new car wouldn't be available for 6 months!

The other companies are just as bad right now, well maybe not as bad....

I'm an employee and turned my back on this company along with many others within my org who are just here doing bare minimum for a paycheck. No surprise that the customers who have been overcharged, lowballed on claims, baited and switched, and having to talk to foreigners making $4 an hour for their complex insurance needs turned their back on this complete circus and clown show of a company. If the insurance commissioners all got together and did a full department by department tear down of this company we would not exist with all the wrong we do. A complete disaster, failure, and embarrassment Allstate has become.

@nvd+1p3TPPKb I hope you realize, our new underwriting guidelines may not allow you to repurchase these policy contracts. We require no claims for 25 years and you are not allowed to buy home insurance again.

I remember the smugness of those town halls when they communicated the cutting of nearly 10 percent of the workforce in 2020…like they were trash ready to be discarded…many of them the highest and best performing employees for the corporation and the important experienced employees…
The senior leaders knew it all..smartest minds in American business…they had this grand plan that was destined to light the industry on fire with a wonderful advertising plan to boot…
As each in of those overpaid POS get pushed to “retirement” one by one …I hate to say it but this is the ultimate in karma….
May all of them end up in that unemployment line…

Love it…
I convinced some family members to cancel their policies today…
It took a while because of the inconvenience of doing it and starting with another carrier…..but they can miss 4 autos, one house, one boat and one umbrella policy good bye..
