If you bought it (not were given for home office), what brand do you own?
Why?

1feq+1hRq9wfy Guess you don’t work with lawyers.
It is 2022- I don’t use a printer or a scanner.
You’d have to be insane to have a xerox printer in your home, how much are you printing? lol. The smallest units are clearly not designed for home use regardless of any quality or performance questions. Get a $30 throwaway HP box for the two times a year something has to be printed.
If you need or even want an MFP for home use in 2022 I’ll sell you “how to use the web” lessons for cheap.
“Paper tickets… we’re off to a great start…”
@zpg+1hRq9wfy the old hp printers are still alive and trucking. I would never buy a new 2022 HP printer, would rather buy a used circa 2002 unit
Still work for X, but only buy HP printers.
HP has been the cost and support leader for decades. Supplies milk you but the darn things work. Anyone still using their 4000, 4250, 4300 printers. Made of stone. Fuser and toner cart is about all you need.
Yes that was reliability listed twice. It was not a typo.
Canon. Reliability, software, compatibility and reliability. Supplies were not a starter kit.
A Brother - it's a workhorse and I use 3rd party toner that costs $15. Had it for years!
Xerox. Got a good deal at the time. Had buyers remorse when the original supply of toner ran out, but found a decent 3rd party source.
Nothing against the device, which has been good, but the next unit won't be from brand X.
