@zn Yes, SKO is known as "Sales Ki-l Off". It's a time for upper management to get a good look at the squad (who wears Gucci and who doesn't) and to prepare stack rankings for terminations.

I could smell the death too. Some from Juniper don't seem to be working out well. Problems in Sales Engineering from top down , underprformance sales commentary was noted as well.

I could smell the death in the air unfortunately. Massive cuts are obviously coming. Talk of underperformance everywhere. It seems this was acceptable for the last few quarters for jnpr folks as they transitioned into a new ent sales model. They will all be gone soon.
