"Trained replacements are on payroll as of 1/17/21." I didn't hear about 1/17 date. Care to share more about what replacement? Upcoming layoffs?

This BS from HR is just another shell game. I’m at the bottom but with the bonus it makes it seem I’m happily closer to the middle. I’m getting my resume out as much as humanly possible as getting treated like dirt is getting old.

Remember your lucky to have a job so put in more hours now. If the work is not completed on time every day you will be surplussed. Trained replacements are on payroll as of 1/17/21.

To all the people statin min up and max down but midpoint stayed the same well no duh. They said the midpoint wasnt going to change. The min was brought up to 80% of midpoint and the max was brought down to 120%. The only thing the original min/max was used for was to establish the midpoint.

Nothing really changed except to tighten up or at least tell us that in reality we were never going to hit original max but 120%. All the did was now be transparent about it instead of showing up this huge carrot at the top that we would never ever get.

My TSR range stayed at the same midpoint, with both ends lopped off. I shifted into my current title from my previous one for no real reason. Long story short, I'm still well below the middle area (meaning I'm in the far left square, barely above the salary minimum). I am Extraordinary Impact. The increase was right something like 1.9790%. For an "underpaid but an extraordinary."

Worst raise in the past 10 years - 1.1% for Meaningful Impact. To be fair, it was the best company bonus in the past 10 years. From all the talk, I was expecting to be brought up closer to my midpoint, but I am way below, still in the development range with 39 years of service. I'm the subject matter expert for my project and have taken on the work for 4 people who were let go last year. This will probably be my last year, I'm fed up.

I was too busy to read it and sent to my wife. She was so excited I heard her telling the kids so must of been great.

L2- meaningful.
TSR-Bottom Range up 24k Top Range down 24k. Mid Point the same.
I am in Tier 2 range and 5k below midpoint.
Received 1.1% increase, many of my peers received none.
I have noticed that when we get 100% bonus we rarely get good raises on top of that, it’s usually one of the other.
On a positive note, working from home has saved me all kinds of money, and I have been advised that is permanent for me going forward.
No word of imminent layoffs has lowered my stress level some, but we’ll see where that goes in 2022. Good luck everyone.

L2 Extraordinary Impact - 1.5% raise. Lowest raise I’ve ever received with the highest rating. Super motivating. I’m not near retirement but I think AT&T has over shot these cuts by miles.

I have always had top performance, not this year Meaningful and no explanation. No IPI and 1% raise. I have 27 years and hedging toward T3 on salary range, no wonder. Oh yeah and my salary range decreased by 14K.....Gotta love it. Put in 50 hour work weeks in 2020. I need to re-evaluate and re-priortize.

Min TSR increased $23,500 while Max TSR decreased by the same $23,500. Midpoint remained unchanged.

As a L2 manager, it works out as a 51 cent/hour raise for 2021. Pathetic!

Level 2, meaningful, 1.1%. From my manager: unlikely for merit increase next year due to where I'm at on the new TSR range. I pulled my own weight, no issues with my teammates who worked hard and getting the IPI. Lack of increase for next year means a cut pay cut: inflation/added out of pocket cost for benefits, not exactly huge motivators.

I started at mid-point at hire, more than 10 years of service, had meaningful rating consistently. I would guess most people similar to me are in the same boat, zero prospect for increase for this year or next year. Meanwhile, new spot bonus is a black hole, no information whatsoever. This ethnical company doesn't have much transparency, yet, awards keep coming year after year.

My L2 TSR went up, I did OK, and I also did well with IPI after being rated Extraordinary Impact.

My direct reports were all over the place. Some when up, some went down, IPI helped those rated EI.

How's that "Win as One" working out for everyone?
Feeling like you won yet?

How come always around this time I feel like I'm laying in bed with Ma Bell and she's lighting up a c-gare–e?

I got Meaningful but I was well over the midpoint on the old TSR, so now I'm definitely screwed with the new bands.

"Win as One" my A$$!

@zem+19BuPvke, You are absolutely correct...between the elimination of benefits and the reductions in pay, there is absolutely no reason to give anything more than the bare minimum.

AT&T is spinning this web of lies as, "We are realigning to competitive industries and best practices." Pure BS. They are running this company into the ground.

Level 2 Extraordinary Impact 0.5003% raise. I am above mid point but not at max. Half a percent! The 2021 cost of living is 1.3% so you could say anything below that is effectively a decrease in salary. I was told if I only had MI rating I wouldn’t have gotten any raise at all. I am sure I won’t be going above and beyond this year, there is no incentive.

But...but...you have that title!!!!

We always told our 1st line when he complained about our overtime and how he was one of the lowest paid on the crew.

"Think of yourself as the coach, and us as the players."

But do be loyal, collaborate, and enjoy your "team".
You folks just don't get it.

Horrible raise and had Meaningful.

My team's pool for merit increase was 1%. 1 freaking percent! And the system would not let supervisors adjust the amounts any of their direct report's. Corporate is driving all this from the top down.

The company has specifics on the positive/negative impacts in changing the TSRs. When they don't publicize the specifics, it means bad news for most people.
