@15g+1jmtv0g9s, I apologize for my longwinded posts. My style might be a little dated; still getting used to this newfangled internet thingy. Back in the day, when conducting research, the biggest no-no was plagiarism. Some might be able to identify my modified APA/MLA style citations. I prefer to cite user posts with a block quote and footnotes. This is useful because, sometimes, posts get deleted.

I cite supporting documents so users do not have to take my word. For PDF documents, I append #page=[page number] to go directly to the cited page. No ChatGPT, just old school book learning from back in the day. If you have some time, Google search ”images of library card catalog”.

”Hey Fu--ing Mo--n that posts the longwinded ChatGPT generated responses that no one reads. Why are you defending a corporation sc--wing U.S. Citizens out of jobs?”
”Just because something is does not mean that it cannot change.”
”People should call the FCC and issue complaints for any number of the abuses listed on this site and elsewhere.”
”Certainly the FCC will open an investigation into the fraudulent company known as T-Mobile.”

Just because something is does not mean that it cannot change.

People should call the FCC and issue complaints for any number of the abuses listed on this site and elsewhere.

Certainly the FCC will open an investigation into the fraudulent company known as T-Mobile.

Is it meritocracy? How many people and from what country were interviewed for COO?

Don’t forget, Deutsche Telekom owns the “T-Mobile” trademark. T-Mobile U.S. Inc. has a trademark license agreement for the use of the “brand”. In the latest 10-K, section titled ”Risks Related to Ownership of Our Common Stock”, page 23, read the following:

”In addition, we license certain trademarks from DT, including the right to use the trademark “T-Mobile” as a name for the Company and our flagship brand under a trademark license agreement, as amended, with DT. As described in more detail in our Proxy Statement on Schedule 14A filed with the SEC on April 24, 2024 under the heading “Transactions with Related Persons and Approval,” we are obligated to pay DT a royalty in an amount equal to 0.25% (the “royalty rate”) of the net revenue (as defined in the trademark license) generated by products and services sold by the Company under the licensed trademarks subject to a cap of $80 million per calendar year through December 31, 2028.”[1]

@zb+1jmtv0g9s, I thought we are returning to hiring based upon meritocracy?[1] Do you have someone else in mind? T-Mobile U.S. Inc. is incorporated in Delaware. As per the article in the link below, Delaware does not have restrictions on foreigners becoming officers of a corporation.[2] I would guess that the T-Mobile and Deutsche Telekom legal teams are well aware of the law.

Hmm, I’m not sure I get it—what do you mean by "a political party for 'give me free stuff'"? Are you talking about a specific policy or group? I’d love to understand your perspective better!

@yr+1jmtv0g9s, when you call, you may not like what you hear. When you completed the T-Mobile job application, did you know that T-Mobile is a subsidiary of Deutsche Telekom? See Post ID: @z0+1jmtv0g9s.[2]

@vx+1jmtv0g9s / @vy+1jmtv0g9s, I think the FCC already knows this. Deutsche Telekom completed the acquisition of Voicestream/Powertel on June 1, 2001. The FCC approved the acquisition on 4/24/2001; see the link below for all the details.[3] Voicestream was rebranded to T-Mobile USA Inc., then a rebrand to T-Mobile U.S. Inc. after the MetroPCS “reverse” merger.
