Boeing Announces Actions to Navigate COVID-19 Crisis

We will navigate through the COVID-19 pandemic just like we navigated
Through the Max Crisis’s. We will be ensuring the company is positioned
For the industry's recovery and more undeserved pay and Bonuses.

Our Decisions include:

CEO Dave Calhoun and Board Chairman Larry Kellner will forgo all pay
Until the end of the year. Then Bam Baby Bonuses for us’es
The company will suspend its dividend until further notice.
We are going to wait until no one is looking, cause we’re smart!
Boeing will extend its pause of any share repurchasing until further notice.
We are going to wait until no one is looking, cause we’re smart!
The company previously suspended its stock buyback program
In April of 2019.

Boeing is drawing on all of its resources (U the Taxpayer’s)
to sustain the operations of the company that we drove into the ground.
Boeing will support its workforce by exposing them to Covid-19
What doesn’t ҜіŁŁ them makes them stronger, we think
Boeing will continue to support its customers, and maintain the Supply
Chain Continuity through the COVID-19 crisis and for the long term.

Related to the COVID-19 Bail-Out:

In a strongly worded statement Boeing’s temporary CEO, Dave L. Calhoun
Rebuke the government offer for a bail-out that he, Calhoun had requested.
When Boeing’s CEO found out that there would be strings attached to taxpayers
Money, requiring Boeing to act in a responsible manner and to do away with
Creative Book-Keeping, Mr. Calhoun and the Boeing bristled at the notion of
Curtailing Their Amoral Businesses Practices.

On March 18 Calhoun called on the government to provide liquidity to the
company and its suppliers in order to prevent any long-term disruptions to
the supply chain.
Then promptly rejected the Bail-out, stating that Boeing did not need a Bail-out
Associated with a requirement for transparency, honesty and responsibility.

Boeing has about $15 billion in available liquidity.
And still has a $25 billion-in-sales defense business that should hold up
Better in a commercial downturn, In theory.

Breaking: 03/23/2020 3pm EST

The White House is stepping back from its Social Distancing remarks.
The President, “Does not want the cure to be worse than the decease”.
Focusing more on the economics rather than the death rate. Profit First.

This after the White House was able to view the confidential Boeing
documents obtained by The Washington Post.
It now seems that the White House will be using Covid-19 to reduce
The liability of Social Security and Medicare in step with Boeing’s plan.

A confidential trove Boeing documents obtained by The Washington Post
Exposes Boeing strategic management in moving the company forwarded
In 2021. With the global pandemic at their disposal Boeing’s management
decided to fully use this opportunity to shed its older work force by letting
Covid-19 tear through its ranks at all of its facilities in the state of Washington.

The first step was to maintain, through inaction, the production of parts and
Aircraft, keeping employees group together in violation of the Social Distancing Protocols put in place on a state and national level.
By not shutting down the factories Boeing was able to expose a very high Percentage of its work force to (known infected cases) exposing as many as possible for as long as possible, before a shutdown was Federally Mandated.

The statically calculation obtained from Boeing sees an Expected Force Reduction
of 12% in the age group 56 and older.
This targeted reduction is expected to reduce the pension’s liability substantially.
And allow Boeing to hire a much younger work force for a lot less money
Saving the company an estimated 3.8 billion over the next decade

The Washington Post reached out to the employees union for comment
But they could not be reached and no calls were returned.

So far Boeing’s management has refused comment.

Maintain The Supply Chain Continuity Through The COVID-19 Crisis

Denial becomes your burial ground where you type emails on top of
tombstones for maintenance.
With only for men dressed in Hazmat suits to confirm what you already know.
This is your opportunity to face reality, but there has to be a better explanation
For the cold corporate faces commanding you to carry on.

Death is a foe of everyone, but not for Boeing a spread sheet entry is all.

Send in their hazmat clean team to justify workers working. Clean only 1 solid foot of space and leave. Now it’s safe for the workers to work and surfaces have been fully sanitized (1’)
