Thread regarding MetLife Inc. layoffs

I'm all surveyed out.

Stop with the surveys.

I've had enough.

If MetLife management doesn't know what is happening without constant surveys, what does that say about them?

It tells me that they have no clue. Or that they are too cowardly to take responsibility for a decision. They'd rather say, well, our survey results indicate that ...

Just stop. No more pulses. No more leadership. No more My Voice and for d**n sure, no more Service Now surveys!

That is all. Thank you for reading.

Certain employees are acting like the MyVoice survey was extended because we didn't get the desired participation rate.

Uh-uh. No sir.

We extended the survey due to the hurricanes. The participation rate is just peachy. Or it will be.

That's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Just wanted to set the record straight on that.

p.s. Any AVPs reading this are admonished to crack the whip and get those peons to comply. This is why we have you. Thanks.

p.p.s. It's bonus season. Get cracking.

@qvgi+1uG3Em20 The General has spoken. You must comply. Compliance is mandatory. Every AVP has been given their orders to push everyone.

Uh-oh. The "MyVoice" survey has been extended.

It will be extended until enough people participate so that leadership can crow about how great the "participation" rate is. (We're better than our corporate peers, you know.)

Meanwhile, the brow-beating will continue until enough of you sluggards participate.

What the survey team doesn't realize, is that if folks didn't participate yet, and you cajole them to participlate (Note: the survey is completely voluntary according to the Glint page), that your ratings might tank due to disgruntled employees giving low ratings.

What's the over/under on MyVoice survey being extended from Monday deadline?

I wouldn't mind filling out the survey if anything demonstrably changed as a result. Instead they just use the results as a gaslighting tool.

@yto+1uG3Em20 The demands for me to fill out a Leadership something (Expectations?) or other survey have reached a fevered pitch. You don't get that one? Or you complied immediately?

Go to a meeting. Company. Organization. Department. They ask you for a survey on how they did.

Too many people seem to need affirmation through surveys. Do they really want to hear "the meeting su-ked and was a waste of time"?

Write a ticket. They close it and ask you to fill out a survey. (Sh---y. How about fixing the problem before closing it?)

I get political "surveys" on my phone all the time.

What world do you live in where "My Voice" is the only survey? (And I'm tired of that too, and the b.s. "we're above the industry norms ..." post survey spin.)

Leadership at all levels accept zero accountability for the clown show this company has become under their watches, and lie to us about how the survey results magically exceed the ever so mysterious industry benchmarks. It's all a bunch of useless nonsense, just like their paid for awards they all give each other.

I only get MyVoice. How many others are you getting?

Agreed. I used to think completing the surveys mattered.
