What area(s) of the company is getting this bonus and increase? There are several layers under UHG/Optum.

Our department just got a one time payment as well as a pay increase because they’re doing away with yearly bonuses. The amount they quoted us was well below what we actually received.

Honestly, I think any bonus I received was quickly reversed by taxes. Sometimes, I think it actually lifted me up to the next tax bracket and I ended up with a lower paycheck.. No bueno...

No bonuses. Hearing leadership saying there must be a shared sacrifice during the turnaround. Similar to RTO, will weed out some more people.

Way too early to know anything. But if you've seen the financials this year, they are likely going to su-k. I'm gonna peg rrp funding at 60 percent and merit at 1

House calls providers can earn a monthly bonus, as well as FPM staff.
