@yex+1tT1ryJm What “valuable” information are you seeking?

Nobody is asking for that kind of specifics. Don’t like my comment, go elsewhere yourself.

No one is going to give exacts with the risk of being outed. This is anonymous site for a reason. So no retaliation later. Don’t like it look for answers elsewhere. @ywy+1tT1ryJm

If they've already started layoffs today, it's going to be bad.

If your a grade 14 or higher the severance period is 6 weeks base and 1 ½ weeks per year of service.

Hey All, please be in the KNOW.. if you qualify to retire upon being RIF'ED, please indicate as such HR will not tell you nor will they do it for you you must respond that you want to execute your retirement package. It changes things up. I qualified for the 26 weeks paid salary in full by Elevance, did not have to apply for U I for that supplemental. Once my severance ran out I am eligible for UI separately from Elevance, which I'm on now.. Also if you have RMSA( the medical reimbursement fund) you will not be able to execute funds from that account unless they have you in a retirement status.. just be informed

@zec+1tT1ryJm The supplemental unemployment is based on years of service. It’s not the same for everyone. It’s 30 days notice and then 4 weeks plus 1.5 weeks per full year of service. 26 weeks is the max but that could change depending on your states laws. You have to apply for unemployment and then Elevance pays the difference up to your full salary.
