Does anyone know if they started implementing cuts in ITO/cloud as CEO announced? What is the realistic timelines to have this action reaching Europe? Can't wait to get the notification and move on... If they keep me this round it would be the ultimate proof that the management has no clue as I checked out and stopped doing anything useful at least two or three years ago, as I didn't get the promised salary raise after my promotion in 2017

DXC should wise up and not give any severance packages, you all have been on a work stoppage or slowness for years. Fire you all and get low paying employees that don’t know any better

You probably need a better manager then or your manager doesn't want to entertain you going,
because what they said isn't 100% accurate.
It's true there's no formal programme asking for volunteers but you can express an interest and if the ducks line up, you get an offer.

DXC, a company that excels in making grandiose promises but fails to deliver practical results. This approach extends to its treatment of employees as well. Despite glowing reviews, employees experience stagnation with no raises or bonuses year after year. As an investor, would you trust your projects to a workforce that is consistently mistreated and demotivated?

@ydg+1sKHW27Q Yes, for real. This is for UK&I. Not sure if it's for all regions. You can ask your manager for "Expression of Interest" programme details. You send an email to manager and 2 other emailboxes and they go and review, check a few things and come back with with an offer. I only sent an email recently. So no idea how long this all takes. But at least I'm in the queue.
Same with us eBecs folks. We were sent to Mphasis and then some of us got laid off there too. It’s bonkers!
What a shame I couldn't bear to work at DXC any longer and left of my own accord. If only I could have put up with it for a few more months I might have struck lucky and had my nose in the WFR gravy train. At least it would have been something after years of broken promises.

Everyone left, pretty much did the same. So you're as likely to be kept no matter how much or how little you do, because they apply that policy to pay rises.
