Yep, currently being asked to document the complex work methods that I complete on a bi-weekly basis.
Certainly not documenting anything for the person who they hire to replace me after I leave in 2 weeks (giving notice Friday).
They can have explain to their higher ups why the person they ignored for promotions has left a massive gap in a critical part of the knowledge chain

Sounds on brand for this company. Imagine if any of them found out beforehand. They wouldn't work a minute more.
