UNion isn't going to have a job for long, ive been saying for years.
What's any union going to do????? All I ever got from my union was "Well the carrier can do what they want we can fight them in arbitration".
And nothing but crickets from the IBEW. Why pay dues? Why move with no seniority and no guarantee of a job at the next shop to be closed? You’d have better odds at a gas station slot machine in Nevada.
