Lately, every time I mention where I work, people ask if I’m doing okay or if I need help finding a new job. It’s almost like they feel sorry for me, which is kind of embarrassing. The company’s good reputation seems completely gone now, and it’s obvious people don’t see it the way they used to.

Quite right @xvy+1vR7ncwK. Most career Avayan's (aka institutionalised) have been drinking the delusional flavor of Kool-Aid for so long, they really can't taste anything else! Meanwhile, the rest of the World who haven't consumed the endless bullsh*t spin, have seen Avaya as an embarrassing joke of a company for decades suffering from poor leadership, poor strategy, poor products, poor support, poor cash-flow, etc, etc.
Avaya is a great place to work in total i work about 6 hours a week and get paid for 40.. You have to know how to play this game guys
Once the work from home trend started it was basically blue collar welfare. Half the time your manager was so busy doing nothing they barely reached out. Take the check as long as you can get it.. job market su-ks keep getting paid till they tell you otherwise
Your exact question is what shows whats wrong. How can you be so delusional and could not see whats wrong? Nothing has gone wrong now, its been like this since years. Seems like many others you chose to bury your head in the sand too and are slowly waking up now when forced to.
