Let’s be honest. 90% of gainwell employees couldn’t find other employment. It’s a job for dummies.

I’m not Drake but it would stand to reason that if you are waiting for someone to offer you a job so you can get away from Gainwell that you don’t intend to leave under really any circumstances. I completely understand that people need jobs to pay the bills, however by not looking for another job you are accepting the idea of staying employed by Gainwell. The same Gainwell that everyone agrees are thieves of taxpayer $$ and pay their employees with that stolen money.
At the end of the day no one is going to just offer you another job. You have to want to leave and you have to work to find another job.

Learn to read - first line of the post clear stated that Gainwell employees are ready to quit only if anyone readily offers another alternate job to pay for bills. Don’t bark if you cannot help with alternate option. Disgruntled ex-employees want to just suggest quitting without proper thought on how to pay the bills.
Note: if junior employees quit, VPs will continue up to hire new Dir/VPs and send jobs to local vendors. Those who quit “without another job” will become losers!!

@jr So you are admitting that being employed at Gainwell is contributing to the problem. That’s why you should quit. By staying employed at Gainwell you are helping them steal from the taxpayer. Taxpayer money pays the salaries at all levels of the org. Sure the higher ups get paid more but simply by working there you are contributing to the steal. It sounds as if you are trying to justify that steal. Saying it is easy money is proof of the steal. Sad to see people taking advantage of the taxpayers and forcing the vulnerable to get the brunt of that theft.
Ready to quit if someone pays me and others in similar condition same salary and hires immediately.
In a way, employees are part of Gainwell problem as we cannot shift to anything new as we got used to easy $$$…
Yes, Gainwell is stealing but most of it goes to Dir/VPs and above exec staff who make multiple times junior worker salary.

Gainwell is to blame for Gainwell behavior.
They are a bunch of thieves that would sell out every employee for something cheaper.
Employees mean nothing. Patients mean nothing. Money is king. Even if it means breaking the law and stealing from every state and illegally handling patient data.
That has nothing to do with Trump.
The only answer is to quit. Leave Gainwell. Their poor decisions are going to catch up to them.

@aj Tech Mahindra already has a lot of offshore contractors for Gainwell. Batch job scheduling and monitoring for example. Not sure how they do that without any risk of PII/PHI access...
@e1 Gainwell as an organization is a drain on taxpayer $$. It is theft. They charge and yet deliver very little, sometimes they deliver nothing. They send patient data to India. They are thieves. It is one of the most crooked companies in America. I do not understand why anyone would willingly work for them. I am an ex employee and can honestly say that they need to be investigated and shut down.
Hoping most IP org gets rebadged…crooked VPs and their Deloitte herd is drain on taxpayer $$$
