@xp is it the manager or their leader who lets them be bad - no one is safe - managers are not getting laid off … who else is going to run these low budget stores ….
@xc there’s a difference between layoffs and getting fired. Bad SMs are getting fired.
@xc the rumor is people get let go after bad Spina visits so far a few managers and a dm. Make sure your stores are clean. Don’t expect anyone to have your back, it’s every person for themself.
My anxiety has literally been through the roof. I keep seeing DMs from other districts posting SM job openings. And it makes me curious whether those SMs were laid off or if they're just done. Maybe enough people will quit where they dont have to do another round of layoffs?
Its happening every month and they do not publish how many they let go.
