Thread regarding USAA layoffs

High turnover is a sign of a bully company

People don’t quit for fun. They quit because this place bleeds you dry. We lose good people all the time, and leadership couldn’t care less. They just pile more work on the rest of us and act shocked when we burn out too. Rinse. Repeat. Replace.

Interesting, speaking about destroying the culture, bank has Julie Signorille. She made sure every one of her peers are fired and her friends from past are hired. Nok in PMO and Jason in contact center never did the roles at this scale ever. Brad Conner is her buddy and does what ever. Not sure who is president of the Bank.

To the regional or person that wanted to “manage me out” just for remote. Now this looks like a job for me, so everyone just follow me, cuz we need a little controversy, cuz it feels so empty without me…..

Bob Davis must assume I was simply the shiniest tu-d in the pile when it comes to employee satisfaction compared to her - relatively better, but still fundamentally worthless.
